RaffleDash maintains this website as a service to our users and the companies, businesses and organizations they represent (collectively, "you").
The words "Promoter", "Sponsor" and "Admin" refer to people who use RaffleDash to conduct a raffle and offer prizes.
The word "Entrant" refers to people who participate in raffles.

Terms

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Raffle Sponsors

Users who run a promotion on RaffleDash must comply with the following:
1) Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act regarding emails.
2) Any email addresses collected via the Widget may not be used by the sponsors, except to notify the winner.
3) Use RaffleDash only for lawful purposes.
4) Select a winner using the RaffleDash random winner generator.
5) Select a winner within 48 hours after the raffle ends.
6) Entrants to a raffle promotion must never be asked to pay to participate in the raffle.
7) Deliver the prize in a timely manner.

Fees Charged

Some services on RaffleDash are free to use. RaffleDash also charges fees for some services. All fees paid are non refundable. If you pay for services that require fees, then decide to downgrade your account, then current promotions may be adversly affected. RaffleDash is not responsible for promotion that are adversly affected due to a downgrade of the account. You may cancel future payment at any time.

Entrants to raffles that powered by RaffleDash

RaffleDash offers a platform to host online raffles. RaffleDash does not administer, sponsor or endorse the content of a promotion or contest. Therefore RaffleDash is not liable for the conduct of the raffle promoter or administrator. All entrants that participate in a raffle that is hosted by RaffleDash must comply with the RaffleDash Terms of Service.

RaffleDash Reliability

The RaffleDash platform runs on servers by hosting companies. Reliability and security are very important to RaffleDash. All emails and password are encrypted for extra security. RaffleDash cannot be held responsible for site outage. Due to the nature of the Internet, which involves hosting companies, server maintenance and acts of nature, no company can assure 100 percent up time. Due to this, refunds cannot be made. In lieu of refunds, additional time will be offered.

Use License

a) Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on RaffleDash's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

i. modify or copy the materials;
ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

Violation of this Terms of Service will result in termination of your account. RaffleDash may terminate your account with or without cause. If you paid a fee and RaffleDash terminates your account, you will get a refund for the ramaining time left in your account.

This Terms of Service Agreement for RaffleDash is governed by the laws of the United States of America. If you live outside the United States of America, RaffleDash does not claim that the website may be legal, you are responsible for compliance with you local laws.
